I don't write reviews that much but a review for this book was a must for me, because I am sure this will help all who UNDERSTAND the value of its information a lot. I could write pages about how this book helped me get back to a normal ideal life after a bad Trauma! This book proves every single thought I had before from a scientific perspective, which is the reason I enjoyed reading it so much. It gave me a whole perspective of life, of me as a person, of the nature and the universe and even things beyond my imagination.
I wrote a book last year, and I aspire to accomplish this feat myself. Actually, I meditated these last 10 years for at most an hour a day. I believe that it was my meditation that led me to this book. I enjoy it and practice the Kundalini meditation, moving energy from my lower centers to the brain. I hit the pineal gland or my third eye, and I get these brain orgasms. Now, I average 4-5 hours of meditation. I'm doing his work.
